You decide whether to take out a licence. Since the trial doesn’t ask for a card, nothing is charged automatically: if you do nothing, the account simply stops being active. And if you do sign up, you carry on with the products and sales you already entered during the trial.

Yes. The prices on this page already include Spanish VAT, so what you see is what you pay, with nothing added at the end. If you’re registered for VAT, the invoice breaks out the net amount and the tax so you can reclaim it. Customers outside Spain are billed under the rules that apply where they are; ask us and we’ll confirm your exact figure before you commit to anything.

No. The limit counts products in your catalogue, not units and not variants: a T-shirt in six sizes and four colours takes up a single product out of the 5,000, even though that’s twenty-four separate items on the shelf. There’s no limit on how many units of each you hold, on any plan.

A month: you pay for eleven and use twelve. The Professional plan works out at €429 a year instead of €468, and Premium at €759 instead of €828. It’s charged once when you sign up, and renews the following year unless you tell us otherwise.

There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you pay monthly, you can stop whenever you like: you use the month you’ve paid for and you aren’t charged for the next one. If you pay yearly, you use the year you’ve bought right to the end, and it won’t renew as long as you let us know beforehand.

Yes, in both directions and without losing anything. You start on whichever plan fits today and move up to Premium the day you need more tills or more salespeople. Your products, your sales and your customers stay exactly as they were.

Yes. We import your products, your prices, your stock and your customers from whatever you’re using now, and from a spreadsheet too. You don’t have to key the catalogue in again, and it’s included on both plans.

From five shops upwards we price it separately, along with stock transfers and reports that pull the takings of all of them together. Write to us and we’ll take a look.

Yes. Your shop starts out on an address like mybusiness.catinfog.com, and you can put your own domain on it whenever you want, without changing anything you’ve already set up.

Your data sits on our servers, backed up daily, and not on the computer in the shop. If that computer breaks or gets stolen, you don’t lose a single sale: you sign in from another machine and pick up where you left off.
