Pricing and billing
Are there any extra costs?
No. The €39 or €69 a month covers everything: use of the software, the servers, updates, support and backups every two hours.
Does the €39 include VAT?
Yes, for customers in Spain the price includes VAT, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Elsewhere, tax is applied under the rules where you are.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
No. We only take card payments, apart from the odd exception. Get in touch with support if your situation is unusual.
Are my products and sales deleted when the 14-day trial ends?
Not straight away. If you decide not to carry on, your data stays available for a while before it’s removed. You can reactivate the account at any point in that window without losing anything.
Getting started
How long does it take someone to learn?
Selling, refunding and cashing up: five to ten minutes. Finding your way around the whole dashboard: ten to twenty. An agent can walk you through it live if you’d prefer.
Can an agent help me get set up?
Yes. We do it every day with dozens of shops, and the assisted setup is completely free.
Can I import the data from my current POS or online shop?
Yes. You can import products, categories and customers from a spreadsheet or CSV file. An agent can help you with the move if you need it.
Everyday use and equipment
Does it work on any operating system?
Yes. It runs on Windows, Mac and Linux in any browser. You can also use it on Android and iOS, though it’s built mainly for desktop.
Can I run the POS on a 4G or 5G connection?
Yes. Plenty of shops use 4G or 5G instead of a fixed line. It works just as well, and can be steadier where the wired connection isn’t reliable.
Can I sell from several places at once?
Yes. You can have tills open on several computers at the same time, whether they’re in the same shop or in different towns. A supermarket with ten tills, a chain with three branches, or a trader at two fairs: all of it runs from one account.
Printers and scanners
Does it work with any receipt printer?
Yes, with any thermal printer. If you’re unsure about a particular model, ask us before you buy it.
Does it work with any barcode scanner?
Yes, with any model, wired or wireless.
My printer prints white text on a black background
We’ve seen this on 58 mm Approx printers. There’s nothing the software can do about it; the best answer is to switch to a printer from another make.
