Your Catinfog account

  1. How long is the trial? The trial lasts exactly 14 days.
  2. How long does a paid licence last? A monthly licence lasts exactly 30 days. An annual one lasts 360 days.
  3. How do I buy a licence? In your dashboard, go to “Your Catinfog account” and click “Renew your licence”. Choose the type of licence you want, then fill in the form with your details, your company’s and your debit or credit card. Note that you can turn automatic renewal on or off: with it on, the cost is charged to your card two days before the licence expires.

  4. How do I set it to renew automatically? You need to have bought a licence first. You can switch automatic renewal on at the moment you renew, or afterwards, by ticking the box under “Your Catinfog account”.
  5. How long is an account’s data kept before it’s deleted for good? We keep your data for 10 days before deleting it permanently.
  6. How do I download the invoice for a Catinfog licence? Click the icon to the right of the invoice and it opens in a new tab. Then click the download button that appears when you hover over it.

  7. How do I print the invoice for a Catinfog licence? Click the icon to the right of the invoice and it opens in a new tab. Then click the print button that appears when you hover over it.

  8. Are there any extra costs? Simply no. The €39 or €69 covers everything: use of the software and the servers, updates, support, backups every two hours and the rest.

    Si.
  10. Can I pay for my Catinfog licence by bank transfer? No. We only take card payments, apart from the odd exception.
